I am a globetrotter and I have been in love with silver jewellery all my life. Whenever I visit Nairobi, I make sure that I buy one piece of jewellery from Patrick Mavros. Grande Starfish Necklace

This design was taken from a starfish Forbes found washed up and dried out on the beach. He made a mould of this large starfish. Forbes says, ‘I am happy it served out its amazing life in the ocean and then came forth to have its form immortalised in precious silver. The Grande Starfish Necklace really commands attention, so when you wear this piece expect to be noticed’!

Shooting Star Earrings

This is a funky pair of dangle earrings that throw light very well. The flattened fingers of silver create a trail of light under the little starfish.

The sterling silver handcrafted Shooting Star Earrings are finished with a pearl, length is 6.5cm.

Keep Away From Perfumes.

Always keep them in a satin black pouch provided by the jeweller.

Clean them with a soapy water and wipe of with a tissue or soft cloth.

My personal experience.

I am a proud owner of Patrick Mavros Jewellery from the last three years and I haven’t seen anything like this in India. If you can save some money over a period of time, I definitely suggest to you purchase atleast one piece of jewellery from this brand and experience the magic yourself.

Since its sterling silver it doesn’t get oxidised that easily. Occasional cleaning is required to keep the jewellery shiny and beautiful. Do not use harsh chemicals or perfumes on these pieces. Please sure you wear them once you are done with the makeup.

Patrick Mavros is a luxury silver jeweller from Africa. He designs one of the most beautiful pieces of Silver Jewellery and Accessories for Men and Women. Along with that he also designs homestead and Objects d’ art – beautiful sculptures to be displayed at your home made out of silver.

His jewellery is a symbol of “Romance and Adventure from Africa”. Patrick have been designing and sculpting from the last 27 years and not only he created some of the most extraordinary silver sculptures in Africa, he has created around them an environment just as extraordinary, in which he lives and works.
